We want you to love your Hansel from Basel purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, hosiery and socks must remain in their original cardboard bands to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
